Russian Blues are a kind of cat that arose naturally in Russia. They have a distinctive soft grey coat and a sleek appearance. They are intelligent, loyal, playful and friendly but can be shy of strangers.
A screw is a type of fastener that you use to attach things together with. Wooden furniture is often held together with screws. Screws are threaded so that they are less likely to pull out once they have been tightened, unlike nails. Screws come with different shaped holes in the top, and the ends of screwdrivers come in the same shapes. The commonest ones are flathead or slotted head, and phillips head (cross shaped).
Shih tzu are an ancient breed of companion dog, bred to be a lap dog for Chinese royalty. They were bred to look like the lions in traditional oriental art. Their fur will grow into a long, silky coat if looked after, but most people keep their fur clipped short. They are a sweet, devoted, playful dog.

Statues are models of people or animals that are made out of stone or metal. They are usually very big, often much bigger than the thing they are a model of. You often see statues in parks or other public places.
A statue that is interesting to look at but it is not clear what it is supposed to be is usually called a sculpture. Sometimes statues are called sculptures and sculptures are called statues.
A stew, also called a casserole, is a type of hot food that is usually made from meat and vegetables cooked for a long time. You cook a stew in a big pot with some water or wine until all the ingredients are soft and tender and the flavours have mixed together. When a stew is done the water has turned into a kind of gravy or sauce, but stews are usually not as runny as a soup. Stews also usually have much larger pieces in them than a soup does. A stew is a great meal to have in winter time.
